Department of Pathology and Microbiology including Parasitology.

The department of Pathology and Microbiology including parasitology subjects are taught to second year BHMS students.

The Department has got the infrastructure and experienced staff bringing in innovative teaching methods to present the knowledge and provide a clear understanding in Pathology and microbiology, based on the syllabus prescribed the regulatory authorities, i.e. NCH.

 

The department has laboratories for Pathology, Microbiology & Parasitology workup which are spacious, well lighted and ventilated

 

 

 

The laboratories can accommodate 60 students in 2 batches and are well equipped with sufficient specimens, equipments, instruments and other facilities as prescribed by NCH. Each lab has Adequate water supply, electricity supply, LPG connection.

The Demonstration room can accommodate about 30 students.

The Pathology department has experienced faculty members with postgraduate qualifications. The department renders. A well-equipped departmental library is available.
