About Department
Community Medicine, Research Methodology and Biostatistics is a core subject in the BHMS curriculum focusing on preventive, promotive and rehabilitative healthcare through community-based approaches.
The department nurtures holistic healthcare professionals with scientific reasoning, evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to community well-being aligned with the principles of Homoeopathy and integrative health.
Students are sensitized towards social, cultural and environmental determinants of health and trained to serve communities with compassion, preventive strategies and sustainable health solutions.
The department also emphasizes research capacity building through training in research methodology, biostatistics and evidence-based medicine for advancing Homoeopathic knowledge and practice.
Hands-on training in epidemiology, data analysis and project design prepares students for effective public health interventions and clinical research in Homoeopathy.
