The goal is to aware the students regarding identify Medico-legal cases, to diagnose and manage the case of poisoning and carry out medico -legal duties, recent amendments in laws, various forms of medical negligence, duties, and rights of medical practitioners.

Mission

  • To develop “first-contact physicians” with understanding of medical ethics, professional duties, and medico-legal acts.
  • To train doctors who understand medico-legal responsibilities in medical practice.
  • To offer services in judicial medical duties, forensic pathology, and clinical forensic medicine.
  • To enable homoeopathic graduates to make observations and logical deductions in criminal and medico-legal contexts.
  • To foster interest and research in toxicology and medico-legal issues.
